1.Acceptance of Terms

3.Account Registration & Security

339bet supports PKR-denominated transactions. All account balances, bets, winnings, and transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees. Supported payment methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT TRC20.

• Deposits: Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically clear within five minutes. 339bet does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources not registered in the account holder's name.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. KYC verification must be completed before withdrawals above applicable thresholds are released. Processing times vary by method; bank transfers may take one to three business days.

• Currency Conversion: 339bet does not apply currency conversion fees to PKR transactions. USDT transactions are converted at the applicable market rate at the time of processing.

5.Betting Rules

• All bets are final once confirmed. 339bet does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except in circumstances expressly covered by event-specific rules (e.g., match abandonment, void markets).

• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies designed to circumvent 339bet's risk management systems.
• Collusion with other players in poker, rummy, or any game format where player-versus-player interaction occurs.
• Money laundering, structuring deposits, or using 339bet for any financial activity that may constitute a violation of applicable anti-money laundering laws.
• Registering multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming promotional offers more than once.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, modify, or interfere with 339bet platform software, security systems, or data.

339bet reserves the right to suspend accounts, withhold balances pending investigation, and report suspected illegal activity to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

8.Responsible Gaming

10.Limitation of Liability

12.Governing Law
